For families here in the Heart of the Commonwealth, ‘school choice’ is a luxury typically afforded only to those with means. If for one reason or another, they feel that their local school district is not the right fit for their student, parents may choose to enroll their child in one of the region’s many private schools. Unfortunately, for lower income families, they are not given a choice as to where their children receive their education.
This is where Seven Hills Charter Public School (SHCPS) steps in. SHCPS is a tuition-free public school serving Worcester’s children in grades K-8. There is no admissions test and Seven Hills Charter Public School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, gender identity, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability. By providing quality education to all of our children, we are building future leaders for our community!
